About Me
I graduated top of my class from The University of South Wales with a First Class Distinction in Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) in 2012. Since then I have been working as an associate chiropractor in a busy Lincoln practice whilst raising my own young family. I have 13 years of experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal complaints in the general population and of all ages.

Personal
I was born and raised in Retford and have lived here most of my adult life. I have also lived in Lincoln and South Wales during times of academic and clinical training.
Whilst my family are still largely based in central Retford, in 2018 I settled with my husband, our son & our cat at one of the many beautiful villages on the outskirts of Retford, South Leverton. Soon after this we welcomed our daughter and more recently 2 dwarf rabbits into the fold!
I have been a practicing chiropractor at Newland Chiropractic Clinic & Neurology Centre, Lincoln for 13 years. I have established a busy patient base there and work with a wonderful team of people. I currently work at Newland 3 days a week.
In 2024, I established my own Ltd Company named The Rosary Clinic. My own purpose built clinic at our home shares this name and it was opened Spring 2025. My base here is suited to treating those who live in North Nottinghamshire, South Yorks and parts of outer Lincolnshire.
Additional Information
& Training
As well as being a fully registered and licensed chiropractor, I also gained a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree in 2006. I am passionate about life long learning and undertake regular continual professional development within chiropractic to hone my skills.
I believe that these factors and the years of experience I have, allow me to assess the physical factors of health, function, and pain along with the psychological, social, emotional and behavioural influences in order to give an integrated health care approach.
